Terms & Conditions

We highly value cooperation in complying with the terms and conditions

which are intended to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests.


  1. Terms and conditions define the rules for the provision of services, liability and staying at Rest in Manowo and are an integral part of the contract concluded by making a reservation. By making the above By doing so, the Guest confirms that he/she/it  has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions.

  2. Terms and conditions apply to all Guests staying at Rest in Manowo.

  3. Terms and conditions are available for inspection in every home and on the website


  1. The houses are rented for a minimum of two days or minimum periods of stay specified in the price list.

  2. The hotel night lasts from 16.00 to 10.00.

  3. Requests for extending the stay should be reported by phone, email, or in person. We will accommodate the request to extend your stay as much as possible.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse an extension of the Guest's stay in case the Guests fail to comply with the applicable termin and conditions or if full payment for the stay has not been made in advance.


  1. The reservation is confirmed upon a down payment of 25% of the total stay value,  within 3 business days from the day of availability confirmation. This provision does not apply to groups for which reservation conditions are individually negotiated, or reservations made less than 7 business days before the start of the stay.

  2. Presentation of a photo identification document is required for guest check-in. In case of refusal to provide the document in a manner that allows check-in, we are obliged to refuse the issuance of the house key.

  3. All payments related to house rental must be settled on the first day of the stay.

  4. The guest is not allowed to transfer the house to third parties, even if the paid period of stay has not expired.

  5. Unregistered individuals at Rest in Manowo may visit the house as guests from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The presence of unregistered individuals after 10:00 PM implies the consenting of the house lessee to their paid accommodation. The accommodation of each person incurs a fee of PLN 100 per day.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse the admission of a guest who has significantly violated the Regulations during a previous stay.

  7. The guest has the option to cancel the stay up to 14 days before the start of the stay (unless otherwise agreed upon during the reservation process). In case of the guest's cancellation of the stay less than 14 days before the start of the stay or during its duration, the costs of the stay are not refunded. This provision does not apply to groups for which cancellation conditions are individually negotiated.

  8. During the reservation process, the Reserving Party agrees to the inclusion of their personal data in the Rest in Manowo database. These data will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating the complete reservation process.


  1. The guest has the right to provide Rest in Manowo staff with any comments and suggestions regarding their stay, as well as to receive necessary assistance and help.

  2. Staying in the house or leaving belongings beyond 10:00 AM is considered an extension of the stay and an additional fee for the next night will be charged according to the current price list. If guests wish to extend  stay or check-out time, please submit it before or during your stay.

  3. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by legal guardians while on the premises of Rest in Manowo. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damages caused by children's actions.

  4. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, irons, and other electrical devices not provided in the house is prohibited (excluding chargers and power supplies for electronic and computer devices). Placing objects on the heated fireplace, using or storing liquid firelighters is prohibited. Only wood can be burned in the fireplace, and the fireplace doors must be closed. Rest in Manowo is not liable for any bodily harm, injury, or other damages resulting from accidents due to the tenant's improper use of the fireplace or the individuals designated by the tenant staying with them in the house during the rental period.

  5. The use of a BBQ on the terrace or within a distance of less than 2 meters from wooden structures is prohibited.

  6. For safety reasons, each time a guest leaves the house, they should turn off the lights, close the faucets, and lock the windows and doors.

  7. Rest in Manowo provides one key for the house. In case of key loss, the guest will be charged a fee of PLN 300.

  8. Smoking of cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside the houses. Violation of this prohibition implies the guest's consent to cover the costs in the amount of PLN 1000.

  9. Individuals who fail to comply with fire safety regulations are subject to penalties under the Criminal Code and the Code of Petty Offenses.

  10. Any defects in the houses should be reported on the day of arrival. Failure to report implies the absence of pre-existing defects or damages.

  11. Guests are fully financially liable for any damages or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by them, their visiting persons, or negligence in the use of the fireplace as indicated by the Lessor. Settlements are made after check-out based on an assessment prepared by Rest in Manowo.

  12. Guests are not permitted to make any changes to the houses and their furnishings.

  13. Waste and other garbage must be sorted and disposed of in the containers located outside the houses.


  1. Rest in Manowo is not liable for situations, malfunctions, and their consequences that are beyond our control.

  2. Rest in Manowo is not responsible for valuable items left in the house or on the terrace.

  3. Items left in the house after check-out will not be stored.

  4. We are not responsible for any damage to or loss of the guest's car or other vehicle, as well as the items left inside, regardless of whether the vehicles are parked in the parking lot or outside the premises. The parking lot at Rest in Manowo intended for guests is free of charge and unguarded.


  1. Pets, including dogs, cats, rodents, are allowed at Rest in Manowo during a designated period, subject to prior agreement with the property.

  2. It is prohibited for the animal to use the bedding and available blankets, as well as to be left alone in the house.

  3. The pet owner is financially liable for any damages caused by the pet and is responsible for ensuring that the pet does not disturb the stay of other guests. The owner is also responsible for walking the pet outside the premises and cleaning up any waste left on the property.


  1. The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard, so parents or legal guardians are responsible for children left unattended. Children under 13 years of age may only be in the pool area under the supervision of an adult.

  2. Access is prohibited for individuals whose condition indicates alcohol consumption, drug use, or the influence of other intoxicating or psychotropic substances.

  3. Children under 3 years old may use the pool and jacuzzi only while wearing special swim diapers.

  4. Any person who intentionally or inadvertently contaminates the pool will be responsible for the costs of water replacement. In the case of children, the responsibility lies with the guardian.


  1. Any comments or complaints regarding accommodation or other services provided by Rest in Manowo should be reported as soon as possible after the basis for such complaint is identified.

  2. Any complaints should not affect the duration of the stay or the payment amount.

  3. Complaints will be individually reviewed, and the guest submitting the complaint will be informed in writing or by email about the resolution of the matter.
